A few things to know:
Submitting a request does not require you to purchase and does not guarantee that every design can be created. I’ll review your idea and contact you to discuss available options, pricing, and timing before anything is made.
Examples include teacher gifts such as custom bookmarks for entire class, keychains for annual family reunions, road trip journal.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, payment will be required before production begins once the final design and price are approved.
Small variations are part of the handmade process and help make each True North piece unique.
Have an idea that doesn’t fit neatly into a category? Send it anyway. Some of the best designs start with, “I don’t know if you can do this, but…” 💙
